Welcome to Entry Pro Locksmith ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website (www.entryprolocksmith.com) or requesting our mobile locksmith services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Direct Service Guarantee
Entry Pro Locksmith is a fully licensed and insured mobile locksmith business operating locally in New York. We are a direct-service provider. When you contact us, you are booking directly with our business; your request will not be sold or transferred to third-party dispatch networks or lead-generation companies.

2. Proof of Ownership and Authorization
For your security and in compliance with state laws, we require proof of ownership or authorization before performing any lockout services (residential, commercial, or automotive). Upon arrival, our locksmith will request a valid government-issued ID and/or other documentation (such as vehicle registration or proof of address) to verify your right to access the property or vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof of authorization cannot be provided.

3. Estimates and Final Pricing
Any pricing provided over the phone or via email is an estimated "starting at" rate based on the information you provide. Because the exact type of lock, security level, and condition cannot be fully assessed remotely, the final, flat-rate price will be determined on-site.

4. Service Methods and Liability
Our goal is always to use non-destructive entry methods first. However, in certain situations involving high-security locks, damaged hardware, or severe malfunctions, destructive entry (such as drilling the lock cylinder) may be the only option. We will inform you if this is necessary before proceeding. Entry Pro Locksmith is not liable for unavoidable damage to the lock hardware itself if drilling is required and approved by you.

5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your service request, please contact us immediately. Cancellations made after our mobile unit has already arrived at your location may be subject to a standard service call/trip fee to cover travel time and fuel.

6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
